I worked with Nicolas Veslin of IMEI on the project to design the new ranges of wayfindings and dynamic signage at Aéroports de Paris.
The issue of this project was strategic for ADP which is a major player in global air transport.
I was the Technical Manager of the project.
On this occasion, Nicolas accompanied us in the design of objects and implemented a Design to Cost methodology.
I was able to observe and appreciate the quality of work and the professionalism of IMEI: pedagogy, quality and speed of action with an approach resolutely turned towards customer satisfaction.
It was very pleasant to work with Nicolas, in an atmosphere that was both serious and relaxed.
I therefore naturally recommend integrating IMEI and Nicolas Veslin into project teams in the design and technical definition phase in order to prepare a signage deployment.
I was able to meet Nicolas Veslin during the change of brand and logo of the company Swiss Life in 2004.
I was at the time in charge of the project in this insurance company. We had to deal with 2 different subjects:
10 office buildings, including one located in a classified area of Paris and a high-rise building located near the TGV train station of Lyon Part-Dieu, the others being in the Paris suburbs and in the provinces 400 agencies spread throughout France .
In both cases, the work consisted first of all in defining a visual identity, starting from the new logo, transposing it on our different sites (offices and agencies) according to local particularities, while respecting consistency and overall unity.
Then it was necessary to implement a call for tenders and select the company best able to carry out the manufacture and installation of these signs.
It was therefore during this dossier that I was able to meet Nicolas Veslin.
He was my partner for all stages of this project.
I was able to measure all the qualities of Nicolas Veslin and his great professionalism: qualities of listening, understanding and efficiency in dealing with his client’s issues, speed and precision in the management of the various missions, allies to an evident relational quality and to an excellent educational approach.
It is therefore for this reason that I recommend Nicolas Veslin and his company IMEI Consulting for the treatment of all issues related to the visual identity of a company.
I met Nicolas VESLIN, in 2008, during the rebranding of ALLIANZ Nicolas accompanied as an Assistant to the Contracting Authority. We then had the opportunity to work closely for our common client, which allowed us to appreciate each other professionally.
It was therefore quite natural that I asked him to get involved from the preliminary phases related to the design projects and then the deployment of ADP’s new signage.
Nicolas was very supportive to help us win these contracts, then to ensure the implementation of tools and processes.
IMEI has developed a project management platform and mobile applications for carrying out surveys, monitoring works and acceptance on site.
Nicolas is both driving and listening to his client. Thanks to a rigor and a mastery of methodologies, he ensures the smooth running of these projects.
He has a great deal of experience in teaching deployments and a very strong analytical capacity. He is both serious and accessible.
It is therefore very reassuring and very easy to work with him, be it big projects or everyday subjects.I recommend IMEI and Nicolas VESLIN for any subject related to business management, commercial strategy and operational management of rebranding projects and concept deployments.
As Head of the Standards Service and Network Administration of TOYOTA FRANCE, I had the opportunity to work for many years with Nicolas VESLIN in the context of audits to verify compliance with standards and processes in organizations; processes that are the key to TOYOTA’s success around the world.
I was very satisfied with our collaboration. Nicolas VESLIN is serious, hard-working, and attentive to his customers.
He demonstrated practical intelligence to optimize the work of the auditors and the quality of the service provided to TOYOTA France.
