Are you a Project Manager in the Marketing or Communication department or Agent network?
As part of a rebranding, a concept deployment or the organization of a maintenance of your sale points, you have to prepare and manage, often within a very short time, a project with specific technical and regulatory data.
You need to master the implementation and the smooth running of the project, Quality, information and communication.
In particular, you must:
• define the objects of the concept (signs, POP signs, furniture, equipment) on the basis of the work carried out by the designer
• manage an invitation to tender and choose the companies (manufacturers and shopfitters)
• organize the deployment (definition of the project team, interactions with other departments, financial means, planning, objectives)
• ensure the Contracting Authority
• ensuring communication, to the network and to your management, on the progress of the project
• explain and make the network to accept the new concept (regional managers, sale managers, agency staff, unions)
